Vacation Mogul Review

Two sisters inherit 5 islands from their uncle who has just passed away. After a sleazy lawyer takes over the girl's uncles inheritance one of the sisters disappears. While trying to deal with her sisters disappearance the second sister needs to run the tourism business. To keep the business running she must upgrade a variety of different buildings including casinos, hotels, ice cream shops, spas and volleyball courts. There are certain tasks the sister must complete as she manages 38 places across the 5 islands. Complete the goal in a level to earn the gold or silver cup. Go to research and have your architect's create plans giving your bigger better buildings. From a small bungalow you will work your way up to different styles and sizes of hotels. You will gain higher profits the bigger the hotel. Your hotels will also bring in tourists but in order to get more tourists you must provide them with fun activities such as a simple and cheap beach chair to the most elaborate catamaran and yacht rentals.

In order to produce profits you will need to build shops, bars, restaurants ect where tourists will go to spend their $$'s. Just like any good real-estate game you can buy land, sell buildings and even demolish buildings so you can construct other buildings in it's place. Buildings will also need repairing which costs money. To save money you can purchase a heap of materials at one time. It also costs money to hire construction workers.

Vacation Mogul has only 2 minigames which I found fit perfectly into the game. The minigames are like a hidden object scene where you will need to search for your sister's missing items or search for matching flowers and petals.

Vacation Mogul will entertain players for many hours.
