Much of the gameplay
in The Edgar Allan Poe Conspiracy will be familiar to HOG
fans. You will search cluttered scenes for items that are
on your list but not all items are straight forward. It may
be a clue like "An unlucky Number" in which case
it could be the number 13 that you are looking for. Some items
in the scene may need additional tasks to be performed before
getting the item such as using a corkscrew to open a bottle
revealing the hidden item inside. The games visuals are extremely
dark and mysterious which adds to the atmosphere of the game.
The thrilling audio also gives to the eerie scenes.
