The game is based on the 1958 Wilkie Collins mystery novel "Woman in White" and is a continuation from the first game in the series, Mystery Masterpiece The Moonstone. Explore the most beautiful mansions in Victorian Mysteries and find out the secrets that lay behind an enigmatic Lady.

Walter Hartright is a drawing teacher is is low on cash. It's not long before he lands employment with the Fairlie family teaching art to the two young sisters. Hartright is on his way to the Fairlie's when he runs into a woman dressed in white who seems to know an awful lot about the family. The job is going well, that's until one of the sisters fiancee's arrive!

You will see the game through the eyes of Hartright. Victorian Mysteries Woman in White has the most incredible graphics, although at time it can be quite dark and eerie, due to the nature of the game. The spooky soundtracks create the perfect atmosphere to the game. Depending on which mode of play you choose at the start will determine the length of the game. Casual mode will highlight the objects of interest making it easier for you to find whereas in expert mode the area's aren't highlighted so you will have to figure out which items might be important to your investigations. Gameplay is typical of Hidden Object games but that's not a bad thing! You will have a huge variety of locations to visit and object to interact with.
