After your application to attend the great magic school is approved it's not long before you are sent to an island to prove that you are the right person the school is after. With a simple task at hand it's not long before you find out that many other's before you who have traveled to Magic Island did not return. Eager to show your worthiness to the school you begin your journey. Do you have the skills it will need to survive the dangerous Island and become the next grand magician?

Playing in tropical locations and among colorful scenes really drew me in and captured my attention. The upbeat soundtrack was also a very nice addition to the game. The games mechanic's are really straight forward but you do get a lot of hidden objects to search for. You have a choice of two skill levels to play, normal or advanced. As with other games of this genre there is a lot of moving between scenes to collect items but this is not always a bad thing.

Mysteries of magic Island may not be for everyone so to find out if it's the game for you I recommend downloading and playing the free version.
