Investigate a number of murders that's been happening at a Haunted mansion.

Playing as a detective, you have been asked by Captain Gerard Froussard to investigate a number of murders happening at a haunted mansion. A number of people including fellow detective Lieutenant Pierre Disparu goes missing so now it's your task to search for the missing people. You soon discover that the mansion was owned by a strange woman who pocessed a magical set of cards. You will need to scour the haunted mansion and it's surrounds for these cards while trying to avoid traps she's set to stop you. What do these cards mean? Help discover the secrets behind them in Haunted Legends Queen of Spades!

There are 52 playing cards you must find throughout the game. In addition to these there are hundreds of other items to find. The game is your original HOG game with many standard puzzles. There is a lot of back and forth going on in the game with you finding an item on one side and having to use it on the other. I found this a little frustrating. At times your inventory can get quite huge and it leaves you wondering where you should be going in the game but thankfully the notebook will help keep you on track.

There are many puzzles which you will need to finish throughout the game. They are all pretty standard and are all skippable but you will have to wait a few minutes for it to recharge between using them. There's not to much challenge in the game and with that being said, it is an excellent game for those players wanting relaxed gameplay.

It became obvious that the makers of Haunted Legends tried to scam in as much gameplay as they possibly could, but this is not always a good thing. Don't get me wrong! The game is well crafted and looks absolutely awesome it just lacks in way of personality.
